The 2018 Chardonnay was produced with fruit from vines planted in 1996 at the eastern side of the property. It went through primary ferment on French oak for only 4 weeks, then transferred to stainless steel. Made as a food wine.
Our Chardonnay displays aromas of white Nectarine and lemon zest with texture and backbone from high natural acidity.
